The Kindle Fire HDX has a modified Android OS. Question 1: Is Webroot Internet Security Complete compatible with Kindle Fire HDX OS? Question 2: If Q1 is true, does the installation process differ (require a special installation script) from a normal installation to an Android device? Thanks, Richard
Hello, I am holding an Android device running version 4.4.4 KitKat. I just upgraded the firmware and the manufacturer service center wipe and reloaded my android device and all datas and apps gone, and I need to reinstall everything again. However, I would like to purchase and upgrade from Webroot Premier Edition to the Webroot Security - Complete Edition. I already have a Webroot Premier account, and I am facing problems registering and logging in on my Android device. I would like to upgrade from Webroot Premier Edition to Webroot Security - Complete Edition. Please kindly assist and advise how could I do that as I could not purchase on the Google Play store. My Webroot Premier account's interface is difference from a normal account, which it does not have the option of "Manage Users" and "Manage Keycodes". Whenever I tried to login on my Android device, it prompted me errors and not able to proceed further. I do not wish to create another new email address account and would like
I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete on my Android Tablet and the scan found the Trojan -- Android.Gedma -- SmsReg -- com.mediatek.smsreg. However, when I hit the "Remove This Item" button, it states that the removal is unsuccessful. Is this program important to the Android system or do I have a problem with the Webroot Mobile Security System?
Webroot is a great product, but a primary function I use is not available mobile. With the number of hours of computing now done via tablet, it is a necessary and important addition. Look forward to any feedback. And implementation timeline would be appreciated.
I've just renewed my subscription for another year, and I have decided to download the webroot app for my android, when I am asked to enter my account information and product key, I get a message saying that it is not the required key code, yet it is the same one displayed on the "my account" tab of my pc interface.
Please tell me what I need to download on my mobile phone for webroot protection. On the webroot website it shows my phone as being protected but do I need to download something from google play onto my for protection. If so please provide me with the instrucutions. Thank You
