upgrade did not go through
Even though I was pretty sure I already had paid for the protection in the bundle package I had purchased not to long ago and had been using. I figured why not just pay the 5 dollars and be done with it and upgrade. After doing that I am still on the free version and it wants me to upgrade again. I did a force check and nothing. If anyone can be of assistance I would sure appreciate it. Thank you, Garrett

Webroot won't let me log in mobile?
I've recently gotten a subscription for best buy and after using it to clean up my aunts infected computer I fell in love with it's performance. I've tried getting it for my galaxy s-5 however, upon logging in and entering in the credentials, I encountered an error... it says; "The keycode you entered is not valid. (152)" I'm pretty sure on the box it said I could protect up to 3 devices. (My laptop and my aunts computer are good so far but...) I don't understand. Is it merely an update error or is it something else?
Webroot SecurityAnywhere Mobile Complete - AV-Comparatives: Mobile Security Review September 2014
Webroot SecurityAnywhere Mobile Complete Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete is a balanced security product, which has a feature-limited free version. For users who require more functionality, a premium version is available. Installation We installed Webroot SecureAnywhere from the Google Play Store. Once the licence agreement has been accepted, the user has to create a Webroot Account or log in with an existing one. The password for the account has to have at least 6 characters. The product is then registered as a device administrator. Starting the program When the program is first started, an alert in yellow points out that the Android lock screen has not been activated, and the installation of apps from unknown sources is allowed. When both of these problems have been fixed, the status display turns green and makes clear that the product is now protected

I received a warning notification on my Android phone about "widget.storystack". Webroot blocked access to widget.storystack.com/redirect This webpage exhibited suspicious behavior or is similar to known sources of malware or spam. Visiting this page may put you at risk. The notification presents me with 3 Options: Block the page, Continue to page, or Never block this site. Before making the decision, is there a way to research the particular Risk/Threat for more details?
"The email or password you entered is incorrect"
Hello, I have scoured the message boards for a solution to the log in fail I am getting. the message I recieve says "The email or password you entered is incorrect." Now I have read all the boards and the basic troubleshooting that you guys have posted and I am still getting the message. The phone does autofill the email address but I correct it. I believe the problem has something to do with I just bought another year and added an additional security key to my webroot page.
At Any given time, webroot (I have the full mobile/internet protection package) is using over 50 percent of my battery. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. Any ideas how to decrease the amount webroot uses or is this just something I have to live with. I've changed all native phone/android settings to minimize battery usage already.
