Installing webroot mobile to my nextbook
I followed the instructions for installation to the letter. I found the product I wanted in google play and began the installation process. I made it through each step to the " launch screen" , then typed in the relevant information including the product installation security code and clicked sign in. The app gives me a notice reading invalid product key? This is the same product key I used to access the download process. I cannot comprehend what went wrong?
Unlocking Android phone no screen
Hello, yesterday late evening I wanted to install my new SIM into my Android phone. I turned it off, replaced the SIM, turned it back on again. I was then asked to give my Password. Not having used the password in a long time I tried to check the password online, then finally reset the password online. After this, I entered the new password into the phone (hoping no typos but not sure as aliased "*********"). The phone should have had acces to the WLAN at my home (which itself is password protected ofc, but if the system is running, the password is saved there) so the password change on Webroot could have been checked. Now, the phone started to start, then the screen went black. I checked on my account online and found it is locked up. However, I do not get any reaction from the phone. Pushing the start button will do nothing. I tried to replace the old SIM and put it on charge also, but no effect. The only reaction I get at all, is that when I put it on charge, I hear the "char

Every few hours, my Galaxy Note8 will have an pop up for Tiktok covering my entire screen. I've removed the app from the phone, but this ad keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it? I'm sure it's tracking data of some sort. I have run a scan. I never had a tiktok acoo0unt, so I'm not sure why this ad is live.
Too dark to read after tapping 3 vertical dots

I can barely read any of the words. When I tap a word I can't see, it takes me to a page I can read just fine. Here are the pics.
no keyboard for password on Webroot lock screen on LG V20
Hi, I'm trying out Webroot Android on our family phones. I put it on an LG V20 and tried out the locate feature. All worked as expected, phone responded & located, position reported. However, this locked the phone with the "This phone has been locked by Webroot, enter Webroot password" (or similar) but does not put up the keyboard to enter the password! This has rendered the phone inaccessible. I have a request in to support, but thought I'd check here if this has been encountered / solved before. Thanks. ps--Webroot, I really don't want the phone locked so dramatically if I locate it. The lock button is right there and I know how to use it. What if I want to silently locate it or spy on my kids? If a thief sees right away the phone and s/he are being tracked they're either going to toss it or turn it off.
Mobile app issues
I have logged into my account and it says my mobile is protected. My mobile app on the other hand is showing a constant alert. I have uninstalled it and made sure the administrator app permission is active. Android upgrade license not adding to portal
I've managed to get my android keycode/device to appear in my portal, however it is saying it's in "Free" status. Clicking "Add device" on the mobile security tab, shows the instructions to get it working.. I think, however it links a "premier version" of the app, which doesn't seem to exist any longer. Perhaps that popup is out of date? online mobile security control panel question
When I go to the online mobile security panel it shows : [list] [*]0 Devices Protected [*]0 Devices Needing Attention [*]0 Devices Infected [/list] I have started a scan and restarted my phone. I have uninstalled secure anywhere and reinstalled secure anywhere and the same with secure web from the play store on my phone. On my phone it shows that I am protected, I have secure anywhere, secure web and that lost device protection is on but on the online control panel I show no current device, only add device. When I go to add device it shows security complete (old) is installed. When I click on installed it says this item isn't available. When I go to the other webroot mobile security and antivirus app, it shows installed and in faded type it shows Vortex Matrix, your device already has this item installed. I have a Vortex Matrix phone running android version 5.1, if that makes a difference?
Webroot could not be optimized for Galaxy Tab S2 Nougat
Hello everybody, I just bought a Galaxy Tab S2 2016 tablet, the 9.7" with wifi and 4G lte version and QXGA resolution. The OS was already upgraded to Nougat 7.0. Since I like to have Webroot protection on my devices I immediately went to Play Store to install Webroot and also if I probably could install it since the install button was available on the main page, where I have the install option, there was a green label saying that the product "could not be optimized for my device". Other android antivirus did not have this warning. Could someone give me some info about it? Can I simply ignore the thing and install Webroot or else................. Thanks in advance Best Wishes

Step 3 in the navigation instructions attached below doesn't exist. Hence the remaining options are not available either. Had something changed and help need updating our do I have an issue? You may be at risk
Hello! For the last week I've been experiencing my webroot notification indicating that I may be at risk since my scans are out of date. I've opened the app and triggered half a dozen scans manually and updated my license key and the issue persists. Any ideas on how I can resolve this? While I know I'm not at risk, I'd like to reset the status of this notification. Thanks! Brandin.

Getting a notice that my license is expired but i just paid $14.99 on Nov 15th. I have 2 cell phones- Webroot is installed on both. The old one does not have cell service, I just use on WiFi. I paid to update on the old phone when I got the expiration notice on it. Any ideas how to fix?
Re-add a deleted mobile phone
Hello. In my websecure web account I had my mobile phone but registered with a wrong number, very strange! But unfort was not possible to modify the number from the web console as it always complained because of wrong format number. So I decided to delete and re-add it. I didn unistall the app. In my mobile phone (Android) the websecure app is working good but now I don't see my device anymore in the web console. How to re-add it?Thanks
found out locked out out everything not getting even medical help,no answers,no help.tried to use webroot to find answers,none waiting,but everything used on webroot and looking at pictures and text.have been put on hold,but i understand,.sometimes can’t understand the why’s.but talking to texas,colorado tech 3 office and someone can message me back.still replying to many emails
