I followed the instructions for installation to the letter. I found the product I wanted in google play and began the installation process. I made it through each step to the " launch screen" , then typed in the relevant information including the product installation security code and clicked sign in. The app gives me a notice reading invalid product key? This is the same product key I used to access the download process. I cannot comprehend what went wrong?
Webroot SecurityAnywhere Mobile Complete Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete is a balanced security product, which has a feature-limited free version. For users who require more functionality, a premium version is available. Installation We installed Webroot SecureAnywhere from the Google Play Store. Once the licence agreement has been accepted, the user has to create a Webroot Account or log in with an existing one. The password for the account has to have at least 6 characters. The product is then registered as a device administrator. Starting the program When the program is first started, an alert in yellow points out that the Android lock screen has not been activated, and the installation of apps from unknown sources is allowed. When both of these problems have been fixed, the status display turns green and makes clear that the product is now protected

I clicked on a link to a web survey (on google docs) and when I used the standard browser in android, Webroot popped up and said that the page might contain malware or spam and wanted to know if I wanted to continue. When I tried the same link with either the Dolphin or Firefox browsers, I expected to get the same message from Webroot. Much to my disappointment, Webroot did not pop anything up with either of these browsers, so my question is: Does Webroot support these browsers? It does not appear that it does support these browsers, which makes me sad for 2 reasons: 1) I have been using Webroot on my phone and have thought that my browsing was protected and 2) I really like Webroot, but if it only supports the standard browser, then I am going to have to look elsewhere for my security needs. I am using a Motorola Atrix 4G with stock android 2.3.6.
I have been a Webroot customer for years. A few days ago, I learned that I could protect my Android device. As my license is good for three devices, I added my Galaxy S7 Edge to my protected devices. As I was setting it up, it gave me several indications that my device was set up in an "unsafe" manner. I stupidly followed all of the suggestions, including using a fingerprint for entry into the device. I glossed over the next few steps. I do recall something about a PIN, but I did not set a PIN. I assume at one time I had set up a PIN on the phone and it used that (of COURSE, I don't remember that!!!) This morning the device would no longer recognize my fingerprint. It is now asking me for a PIN as it won't let my use the fingerprint method anymore. I don't know the PIN. I tried what I thought I might have set it to. Now I have 3 attempts before I lose all my data (which of course, I don't think is backed up anywhe
From the mobile security website, you’ll be able to:

Find your phone on a map if it’s lost or stolen*
Activate a scream alert to find your phone nearby*
Remotely lock your phone to protect your personal data like passwords, contacts, and photos
How are you supposed to do any of that if you have to register first, and to register, you have to have a key code?

Just got the word from our tech writer team that we're supporting the Nook HD and HD+, as they're using the standard Android platform. We don't support older Nook models however. If you are on a Nook HD and need assistance with anything, you can post here or contact support for help. My Android phone OS was upgraded today to "ice cream sandwich", which wiped out all the apps. Went to play.google.com to reinstall the apps. Trying to reinstall "SecureAnywhere Complete" and "Webroot Security & Antivirus". Getting the "Incompatible Application" warning while trying to launch "SecureAnyhere". Incompatible with what? I can not even close the warning screen, other than to minimize it. This never happened before and I have no idea what is causing this and how to get past this. Webroot please advise. Hi I don't know if that's the right place to put this post. I find this quite confusing - when you search for Webroot Products you find these: Mac Security Android Mobile Security iOS Mobile Security However it seems that you can only buy Android Mobile Security as a sepaerate product. The rest of them is included in WSA. Am I correct? Or is there a way to purchase them separately?
