Hello, I have scoured the message boards for a solution to the log in fail I am getting. the message I recieve says "The email or password you entered is incorrect." Now I have read all the boards and the basic troubleshooting that you guys have posted and I am still getting the message. The phone does autofill the email address but I correct it. I believe the problem has something to do with I just bought another year and added an additional security key to my webroot page.
At Any given time, webroot (I have the full mobile/internet protection package) is using over 50 percent of my battery. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4. Any ideas how to decrease the amount webroot uses or is this just something I have to live with. I've changed all native phone/android settings to minimize battery usage already.
Definitions are scheduled to update daily, but warning message occurs weekly stating that definitions are out of date. Selecting "fix this now" does update definitions properly. Manually selecting "force definitions update now" always works without a problem, just the scheduled updates do not occur. Have uninstalled Secure Anywhere Mobile Complete from Droid, rebooted Droid, downloaded clean copy (registered) from Play, reinstalled, rebooted Droid again. No change, scheduled definition updates do not occur. Thank you.
Hi, I've been trying to set up SecureAnywhere Complete for Android, but every time I enter my details, I get an error saying: Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License chech failed due to invalid keycode. Response code: 1 I'm using the same email and password details I use to access my account online, and the same license key for SecureAnywhere Complete 2012 that I have registered to that account (quadruple checked this, and even checked on the card that came with the installation media just in case there was some difference). This is now driving me nuts, as I just want to get SecureAnywhere Complete on my phone too. Any ideas?
I have WSAM on my adroid phone (Moto X) as part of a WSA Complete subscription. I recently began receiving calls from "Unknown" with no number so turned on the "Block Unidentified Numbers". I then recieved a call from "Unknown" at 777-777-7777. When I went to block this specific number from the "Pick from Call Log" option (it appeared as 7777777777 in the list), WSAM would not allow me to select it. I then tried entering it manually with "Add Number" but got the response "Blocked number must be valid". So it seems that Webroot is aware that the number is spoofed (or at least "invalid") yet it does nothing to block the call. I would think that the default should be to block all such numbers especially if Block Unidentified Numbers is turned on. Is this a feature that needs to be added or is there something else that I can do? Thanks for your help.

Just got the word from our tech writer team that we're supporting the Nook HD and HD+, as they're using the standard Android platform. We don't support older Nook models however. If you are on a Nook HD and need assistance with anything, you can post here or contact support for help. I currently have 3 devices protected under the mobile security tab. I no longer own 2 of them. Is there a way to remove them from the tab so I can add new devices? The only other time I've been able to remove devices is by contacting customer service. Kind of a pain, becuase their system has changed. You used to be able to just send an e-mail and they would remove a device. Now you have to call them and start a trouble ticket. Plus when you click on the "Contact Us" link it redirects you here or to another site that is even less helpful.
I am having trouble updating/fixing 3 items on my Galaxy Tab 8.0 that is running Webroot secure anywhere mobile. These are the messages: 1. Install shield is turned OFF 2. File system shield is turned OFF 3. Execution shield is turned OFF I have tried the "fix this now" and nothing happens. Can someone help me with this?
Please fix the bug where persistent status re-enables itself after phone reboot. I have to go to Webroot settings and check/uncheck Persistent Status EVERY single time I reboot my phone. If this bug is intentionally being ignored by Webroot developers, then it is a lousy and underhanded way of reminding users of your brand. Please fix this, it is extremely annoying. EDIT: Phone: Galaxy S3 Android Version: 4.4.2 Webroot Version: Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier v126.96.36.19910
