I recently purchased the premium version of this app on Android and just noticed it hasn't been updated since 2019. I have emailed support multiple times but have yet to receive a reply. Has this app reached EOL and if so is there a way I can be reimbursed or migrate my premium subscription over to the new Webroot app?
Suddenly about 2 weeks ago I began receiving responses from websites when I would login. I would get an email saying that my password was used from a new device and if this was me not to worry but if it wasn't me to change my password contact them. I've had the same Samsung Galaxy 7s for 5 or 6 years and it is my only internet access. Is there some weird kind of worm that would cause this? It's happening on Amazon and PayPal and a whole bunch of other website so I don't think it's their issue but I have Webroot on my phone so I don't see how it could be mine. Can somebody tell me what's happening?
I've noticed that Webroot secure anywhere doesn't automatically start when my Android phone restarts. How can I fix this? I should mention, I've got a Samsung s10+, Android version 10, UI 2.1, security updated to June 2020. Webroot Mobile secure anywhere 22.214.171.124428 (up-to-date). And I'm a premium user. I tried reinstalling. I tried making the app an admin. Nothing works.
Fire HD 10 Plus (11th gen) can't find Webroot Secure Anywhere in Amazon App Store. Anyone else having this problem?
I have a Webroot license and want to add my new Kindle Fire HD 10 Plus as my 3rd device. I cannot find Webroot Secure Anywhere when trying to access through the App Store. What am I doing wrong? Is Webroot Secure Anywhere compatible with this new Fire tablet? Thank you.
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere installed on my Android phone (Samsung A30S). When I access the app, it tells me the current version is being retired and I need upgrade to Webroot Mobile Security. Offers a Keycode and a link to the app store. However, when I click on the link, it says "This item is not available in your country". I am in Spain and I tried a VPN to the UK and the USA, but still get the same report. Please can you help me with this?
I had to reset some things on my phone and was hoping to just download the Secure Anywhere Complete software like I did before and simply enter my email and password and keycode and be on my way but now it says my keycode is not associated with me any more. Any help I can get is greatly appreciated
"Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License check failed due to too many activations. Response code: 7" I saw the post in the forums on this and have tried the following: 1) Fixed keyboard settings so that it is not auto-capitalizing which didn't help. All letters that are supposed to be lower-case show up as upper-case. 2) Tried to paste the key with lower case letters (from a different application) and it gets converted when I paste the code into the field. Pastes fine into a few other applications. 3) Saw a suggestion to use the "old" key from a previous installation or the key from my PC. I can't find an older key than the one on my PC and it is all upper-case. Please help. I'm a very satisfied Webroot user and hope there is a relatively simple fix to the problem.
Ok, I had a few issues getting secure anywhere complete keycode sorted - this is now done. I managed to install SecureAnywhere Complete android app onto my Galaxy Ace 2, I check MyWebroot, and the device was listed but showing as having 8 issues that need resolving. I look on the device, and it says there are no issues, however the webroot icon is not showing up in the notification area at the top of the screen. So I think I will try uninstalling and re-installing the app, it asks for a password - I enter the password I used to install the app and to log into myWebroot, and it is not accepted. I check the "Subscription Active" link on the app, and the correct keycode is listed, but no email address. When I log back into MyWebroot, the Ace 2 is no longer listed. So, the phone has webroot installed but seemingly not working properly, but I cannot remove the app to reinstall it because it appears the lack of email address in the subscription details of the app mean th
i have installed webroot mobile security and antivirus on my android device but i cannot get started. it asks me to create a webroot account but when i try to sign in it displays an error message"your device currently doesn't have internet connection. raw error: malformed licence check responce received". this doesn't mean anything at all because i have internet connection perfectly well. in order to sign in i had to visit webroot's url. but still when i tried to log in, the same problem occured. please let me know why is it happening? **edit for useful subject -admin
I had to do a factory reset on my phone. When I redownloaded Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete and tried to login I got this error message: "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect." I am using the same email and password that I use to login to mywebroot on my PC. Any ideas on why it won't work and what I need to do? Thanks. I have checked out the post in knowledge base regarding this issue and still have no luck. I've reset my password, made sure capslock wasn't on, my device isn't rooted, etc.
After running a scan of my on Sept. 11th of this year, I saw that the App had a message asking me to upgrade to the premier version.I was really confused because I had already purchased it maybe 5-6 months ago for something like $19.95. I immediatly opened up the " Play Store " app on my phone and navigated to the " My App's " page, found the Webroot Premier icon, clicked it, and was taken to the Play Store page where your App is located. As soon as the app page came up, I was asked to confirm my purchase. I exited back out to my apparently and found that I was being charged THE $19.95 AGAIN for the app! I went straight to the email link and sent this exact message ( on Sept. 11th ). I only recently recieved a reply telling me to ask for help here. So, here it goes......HELP!!!
I have installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile (Version 126.96.36.19971) on my HTC One X (not-rooted) and during a device scan, it hangs on "Scanning SD Card" and never completes. The HTC One X does not have an SD Card, only internal memory. How do I correct this so that the scan completes and Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile functions?

I am having a issue with my log in. When I downloaded my app for my phone and I put in the email, password and my Secure Anywhere complete keycode in the log in box, I recieve a error message saying: Error Login failed.
