Setting won't stick
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile Premier ver 184.108.40.20679 for Android. I have an HTC Droid DNA with Android 4.2.2. I constantly get a warning message that my installation is not secure because the need for a password to uninstall is turned off. I set it up following Webroots prompts. Then it has me activate the Device Administrator. This happens every day. Please help. i don't know if it's my phone or your program. Thanks in advance.
Tablet Doesn't Appear on Web Portal
I installed SecureAnywhere Mobile on an Android tablet. I signed in to SecureAnywhere Mobile with my web portal email and password. A day later it still doesn't show up on the web portal. If I go to Register in the app, it shows "Free version - no expiration" and "Email address:" and "Current product key: None". Do I have to activate a product key before it will show up in the web portal?
Anti Virus for Andriod based Samsung Note 3 - Definitions Out Of Date and will not Refresh
Hi Folks - need some help here - Started today on my Samsung Note 3 - telling me that my AntiVirus Definitions area out of date. I have it set to check everyday...it has not updated since April 18th.....when I try to [b]force[/b] an update it does not update. What's the scoop ? -Orion

I have been trying to sign into my webroot account for Android, mobile and tablet, and I keep getting this error code every single time. I have had it for my laptop for about 6 months with no issue and then when I decide to put it on my phone and Nook all of a sudden there is an issue. They both are Android systems so it makes no sense.
I have been playing phone tag and you email me a new password and it would not work Because I think you sent me password for webroot security for my PC not my phone I have over 105 days left until I am to renew my software at first your that was 3-4 years ago your customer service was great. Now I'm just sitting on hold for 30-40 minutes then I get disconnected this didn't happen to me just once it has happened 3 times I am sorry I don't have the time to sit around for an hour and get hung up on. Detector for Heartbleed bug
Hi, I was wondering if Webroot has released any specialized detector for Heartbleed bug in Android devices. Or does WSA mobile for Android already detects it? The bad news? Now we have to wait for those partners to implement it, followed by carriers testing and pushing out the update. Android users know how slow this process can be. Hopefully with the critical nature of the Heartbleed bug, and the attention it's received, these partners and carriers will work quickly to get the fix out. In the meantime, it would be

Started this morning - Webroot picked up and identified the Trojan "Android.SMSsend" in wssyncmlnps com.wssnps....I tried to unistall and it can not be unistalled nor can I identify which sub routine is running this service. Is this a real threat or not? and if not why did Webroot just start picking this up ? -Orion

I have WSA Complete on android tablet. Today it caught a threat it claims is a Trojan: Android.smssend ,Wssyncmlnps Com.wssnps.....this is the app info. Can't seem to quarantine. or uninstall. Looked it up under settings>apps>all, wssyncmlnps. I found it but it seems like it came with the tablet, already installed. It has a lot of permissions.Not sure if I should force stop, ignore, or just shut down tablet; using it but not sure if safe.Anyone else with same problem? Boyfriend's tablet , same thing. We share the Webroot & both have Samsung galaxy tab 3.
Android shuts off Webroot
Hi, I've been consistently trying to work with support concerning my LG2 android cell phone. I previously posted that WSA would stop unexpectantly while going to my email and clicking on link to Webroot Community. I would have to restart from. program menu of WSAC. Support troubleshooting advised to clear cache and reboot with clean install of WSAC. Then that didn't resolve issue. I then was asked to set phone to default settings by going to Factory data reset..of course backing up contacts of course..that hasn't worked either...Ticket support then has asked me to go #1-go to google play store, download an app. Called CatLog-logcat reader. #2-open it and record..#3-recreate issue reported. I followed 11 steps and have sent log files a few times to Support. Can anyone advise me any further. My trouble support ticket is calling me in the morning to assist. But now I can't get WSAC to update virus protection. Have yellow exclamation mark with faded grey icon. So I'll w

Hello, I have the webroot secure anywhere app & I've upgraded it using one of my licenses that I had purchased, after restarting my phone I was logged out of webroot & when I logged back in, only the free version was active, if I retype my product key to activate my secure anywhere plus, will it use up another licence?
multiple payments for Premier not registering product
I have paid for the Premier version on June 28, August 29, and October 23 and have all the receipt emails from Google Play. Over $40 total. It is not staying registered. The Force License Check does nothing. How do I get a full refund as this is just not working.
