After visiting a certain website that shows videos and is not You Tube ;) ;) Google Chrome was invaded by a pop up telling me I have malware and viruses and trying to get me to buy their removal software. I then ran a scan with Secure Anywhere (while the pop up was active) but Secure Anywhere found no problems and said my phone was clean. This isn't the first time that's happened. I rely on you guys, what's up? Plz provide email address so I can send my Android logs

Testing SecureAnywhere on a HTC Sensation under Android 4.0. Following issues/questions: 1) Commands sent via web interface listed for everyone to see in notifications area. Any way to hide them? 2) Scream function is not working, might be OS/device specific? 3) While Lost Device Protection is turned on and i.e. Locate my device working fine, phone is still listed as "in need of attention", and how to fix icon reveals nothing. I can barely read any of the words. When I tap a word I can't see, it takes me to a page I can read just fine. Here are the pics.

Hello, I've noticed that if I have my "Background Data" transfer option turned off on my tablet (usually to conserve my battery life), I won't get any of the Lost Device Protection features, until it is turned back on. Could you add a feature that will watch for this? Also, I've noticed that some app crashes may be caused by Webroot Mobile, I was told by several developers to submit a log file to your developers, so here it is... They said that it is denying some permission in their apps automatically. There is also another log file attached to Support Case # 00217818 Thanks for any help! ...

Hi Guys, On upgrading to Android 4.2 and installing a second user. I had to reinstall webroot on the new account - Fairly straight forward The icon at the top of the screen on the second account is not green however, it is grey stating that "password protection is disabled" - There does not appear an option to rectify this. Hello, Just installed WM on my Galaxy SIII and WM itself shows : In the WM "battery controller" :consumption at 33% (second rank after display !) In the WM "actual consumption" : 3.63 % But, since it's installed, battery loading is much longer than before. Did I something wrong in the config, and how can I change that ?? Thanks for your help
I have WSA Complete on android tablet. Today it caught a threat it claims is a Trojan: Android.smssend ,Wssyncmlnps Com.wssnps.....this is the app info. Can't seem to quarantine. or uninstall. Looked it up under settings>apps>all, wssyncmlnps. I found it but it seems like it came with the tablet, already installed. It has a lot of permissions. Not sure if I should force stop, ignore, or just shut down tablet; using it but not sure if safe.Anyone else with same problem? Boyfriend's tablet , same thing. We share the Webroot & both have Samsung galaxy tab 3.
I've had the misfortune of running into this guy. He's found a way to bypass security on android phones. Here's what happened with me. I recently went to [URL removed by moderator] on a "free" offer of a ringtone. I entered my phone number to get the ringtone and noticed a subscription notification in the terms & conditions below and stopped. I left the page without completing the transaction. Since I had typed out my number he has a script that recorded it running on that page. since then he has passed my number out to his so called affiliates and have been getting webpage link notifications sent directly to my phone saying I won this, I won that.. and links to apps that I'm assuming he's written with code to do the same as I've described above. and since it's not sms messages I can't block hom. so webroot DO YOUR THING! I'm sure you guys can come up with something to block this guy. if you need more info, feel free to contact me.
I have webroot installed on my mobile phone and have been using it fine for weeks. I used the phone in an airport OK and turned it off. I then needed to make another call and turned on the phone and up came the red webroot locked message. I did not ask for the phone to be locked and no one else has access to do that, so why did it happen? PS, I am not switching SIM card or anything like that. Just turned off the phone completely and turned it on again later to make a call.
Even though I was pretty sure I already had paid for the protection in the bundle package I had purchased not to long ago and had been using. I figured why not just pay the 5 dollars and be done with it and upgrade. After doing that I am still on the free version and it wants me to upgrade again. I did a force check and nothing. If anyone can be of assistance I would sure appreciate it. Thank you, Garrett
