Hi Guys, On upgrading to Android 4.2 and installing a second user. I had to reinstall webroot on the new account - Fairly straight forward The icon at the top of the screen on the second account is not green however, it is grey stating that "password protection is disabled" - There does not appear an option to rectify this. Regards Rob
I download the app several times and when I try to put in my email, password and keycode it gives me error message saying email and password not correct. I use the same email and password when I created the account when I purchased the software. I go in to the desktop website it works. But here it don't seem to work.
I have Webroot SecureAnywhere, not SecureAnywhere Complete. I have the correct UserID, Password, and KeyCode. What is the reason I can't log into "Account Lookup" on my Android phone? Is there any problem with that? Is my Webroot operating properly on my phone? Yes, I do have the app in my phone.
Hi, I recently changed the SIM in my phone and then webroot locked me out of the phone. When i press unlock and it prompts me for the password. I followed the change password link and managed to change the password for my webroot account. The real problem starts here, meaning that when i go to the mobile tab once logged into my webroot account I'm unable to see my device. I would really appreciate some help on this. Also USB debugging is enabled on my Nexus 5. Is there any way I can use this to my advantage? Many thanks.
Hello, Just installed WM on my Galaxy SIII and WM itself shows : In the WM "battery controller" :consumption at 33% (second rank after display !) In the WM "actual consumption" : 3.63 % But, since it's installed, battery loading is much longer than before. Did I something wrong in the config, and how can I change that ?? Thanks for your help
I have webroot installed on my mobile phone and have been using it fine for weeks. I used the phone in an airport OK and turned it off. I then needed to make another call and turned on the phone and up came the red webroot locked message. I did not ask for the phone to be locked and no one else has access to do that, so why did it happen? PS, I am not switching SIM card or anything like that. Just turned off the phone completely and turned it on again later to make a call.
Even though I was pretty sure I already had paid for the protection in the bundle package I had purchased not to long ago and had been using. I figured why not just pay the 5 dollars and be done with it and upgrade. After doing that I am still on the free version and it wants me to upgrade again. I did a force check and nothing. If anyone can be of assistance I would sure appreciate it. Thank you, Garrett
I'm trying to make sure that I'm protected properly on my android and mac devices but I'm having a really hard time finding test data that says these programs do what they say they are doing. Does anyone have any links to test data showing this program on Mac/Android?
I just renewed my WSA Complete Subscription for another 2 years today, well before my current subscription was to expire. I ran the scan on my laptop and after the system showed that the program subscription has renewed for 2 years plus the remaining time I had on my current subscription. HOWEVER, when I ran a manual scan on my LG phone with my WSA Complete app, it still shows me the red arrow subscription expires in 23 days blurb. I rescanned my phone twice and it still shows that, so I am wondering if I need to do something else or is there something I'm not doing that I should do or is there some kind of delay with updating the phone app system? Sorry for such a silly question, but being severely tech challenged I never know if I'm missing a crucial step or not! Thanks for patience and input!
Phone has a red warning, I asked Webroot to remove that item. Received a message that Webroot couldn't remove the item. Full text from Webroot - Android.Trojan.Gen.Heur Tracfone Device Manager com.tracfone.devicemanager Trojan Webroot has determined that this app is a Trojan. ******* I select the option to uninstall the app. Webroot sends a reply - Uninstall not successful I have removed the SD card and powered off the device that is having this pronlem. Please let.me know if there is a fix for this problem.
Hey If you strongly believe your phone has been compromised in some manner, the best course of action is to completely wipe and reset the device to factory. Then once back online, get all your applications and the phone's OS as up to date as possible. From there you can always install the Webroot mobile protection onto the device (if it's an Android) and go from there. John

I currently switched to Webroot's Anywhere Essentials for my laptop(s), and have the chance to upgrade to the Complete. It claims to offer the same protection for my tablet. I'm aware that not all tablets have the same apps available made to them, so I'm asking Webroot's Complete can be used on my Nook? thank you.
I have webroot secure anywhere. Got it with my Samsung laptop. It's been great thus far. I would like to add my Samsung note 2 to the account. I only have the laptop on it so far. It says I may use product key for 3 devices. I downloaded the app. What method should I follow? Thanks,
I renewed my subscription to SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier a few days ago. When I try to opeh, I get a screen that shows 363 days left to subscription (good) but there is also an Activate button. When I click, it asks to enteer product key to activate. The only product key I have is apparently the old one that appears on the Activate screen, but when I enter that one, it reverts back to the 20 days or so left on the old subscription. I bought the renewal vial Google Play, but didn't receive a new product key. Am I missing something somewhere>
