Hi, due to having quite a number of problems during the last 6 months with my Kindle which has resulted in my having to reset it to factory settings I now find that I cannot use the above software (downloaded & paid for from the Amazon app store) due to my registering it too many times, I have deleted all the entries from my online webroot account but still I can't use the app, it has been working for around 5-6 months with no problem & until tonight I could just enter my account details no problem, it says the device currently doesn't have internet access & underneath it says key attachment has been exceeded yet I can access the web & download other apps with no problem.
Hi I've been using Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier & thought I'd test this app with the eicar test virus, I'm disappointed to say it did not prevent the download nor did it find the test (.txt & .zip versions) virus when running a scan. I'd like to know whether there's a reason for this or whether I've wasted my money? Tia, Doctor9fan.
Hi, When I clicked on Free app in here http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/android it took me to http://www.amazon.com/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Mobile/dp/B004U85D2S/ where it says I need to sign in. After doing that it says : We're sorryYou are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions. the one that is asking for attention does not appear to have any problems. What I see on the button is it need to be updated and scanned, both of which are taken care of, but it still shows that it needs attention. This is for my Samsung Galaxy tab 2 device, the one I just added says it is protected and shows no problems, as well as all my PC's. What needs to be done or does something have to be reset?
I have had this tablet for a while now, and bought a NextBook recently. I set up the NextBook with a pin number for the Lock Screen feature, but I can't find out how to set the Samsung with a pin number, it says it is protected with the LockScreen in place. How do I find where to put the pin number in?
I downloaded the app for my NextBook Android, but when I try log in, I am getting an error for the password or login, the email is correct, I changed it from the gmail to my real address the security code goes in with caps, but my email shows it in caps. my password is correct, but it still will not work no matter how many times I try to put the info in. I double checked that I have the correct email, correct password and the correct keycode, but it still keeps telling me I have the wrong password or login.
Hi, I`ve noticed on my Motorola Razr i, that the RAM usage is quite high or more than I expected. Using only Webroot secure web browsing(SecureAnywhere complete mobile), the amount of RAM used was as high as 160-170MB after several minutes of running the browser. Is that normal? I didn`t have any other running apps. When I turn on the phone, usage is already 33MB. What shall I do to get this fixed? thanks M.
Hi, Got myself a smartphone with Android system. I wanna use WSA. How do I get the premier version? I have WSA AV 3 seat license. Can I allocate a seat for my smartphone? I mean I would use two on pcs and one on the phone. If so where do I get the installer? No mobile version in my webroot console. Should I install the free version from Google Play and then use the keycode to activate the Premier version? And how's the RAM usage of WSA on Android. Is it light like on pc? Best Wishes, Amit
Some how I have two consoles in my account. I have one named computers and the other one is unnamed. I am trying to delete the unnamed console but I do not see an option to do so. I also have been haivng issues with webroot on to my android phone. I get it installed and I then login with my email mail, password, and the secure anywhere code but it says the information provided is in correct. I am not sure how I can fix this issue.
After reinstallation programs I cannot finish scan. It's scanning until get to the poing scan the GooglePlay. After that point the Webroot SecureAnywhere Premium for droids gets to reset - first in black, than it shows "scan problem" with yellow exclamation sign. I tried to erase scans memory, but after reinstallation I cannot open those options in HELP menu if drawing pattern as like "8" on the screen. Also, the "collection Logs data" option does not have continuity to send it some e-mail address.

At 11pm Battery was running low so decided to switch off the phone and put it on charge. I have not set up a password on the phone for anything so what and why did it lock my phone. One of my swift key numbers is an emergency number for medical attention due to an illness my wife has. Anything happens to her, look out webroot.

I keep getting error messages stating that the email address or password are incorrect. Can anyone help?
Webrott is hanging when scanning and I can't get it to update my scan definitions. I have done a fresh install from Google play and that has nont changed the issue. I am absolutely positive that this has been covered already, but I can't seem to find the thread with the solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How easy will it be to extend my Webroot’s SecureAnywhere Complete protection to my new smartphone mobile device HTC One 4g LTE and how long should it take? Do I download all three apps, SecureAnywhere, SecureSync, and SecureWeb, or are these three apps installed together? I have never had a smart phone before and am a new Webroot products user.
I'm using secure anywhere complete on my laptop, and would like to install it onto my phone. On my first attempt, I downloaded the secureanywhere complete app from the store, and was prompted to put in my email, password, and product key. It won't log in as it says my email or password is invalid. I tried downloading the free version of the app, where it logs you in with just your email and password (no product key). When I went to register and put in my product key, it noticed my product key was from the complete version, and prompted me to download the other app, which I did...then I had the same login issue. Looking at other similar threads, most seem to be an issue with downloading the right app version, but I'm fairly certain I have the right app version since I was prompted to download it based on my product key. I also double checked my webroot account online to make sure the mobile security console has access enabled. Is there anythi
I have installed to mytouch phone but I get an error of "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect." I have done this several times. I am using my webroot account information and my Keycode that I received on my receipt. I have my 2 laptops currently on my console. I also have checked to make sure that I have given myself access on the console for my cell device. Please help.
