Installed on different computer and purchased renewal. When trying to download, message "The keycode could not be verified at this time. Ensure that Secure Anywhere is allowed to connect to the internet and try again" popped up. I tried turning off the firewall protection and redownloading, but got the same message. Then I tried uninstalling the previoius version of Webroot, but when entering the keycode again after trying to redownload I got a message that the keycode was verified but expired.
I get a message "A secure connection could not be established to this site. Would you like to proceed? NO YES Does not matter if you hit yes or no it just goes about like normal either way. Have looked for answers high and low but only find things that do not relate to this error. Have tried restarting my wifi, phone etc. This is also happening on my wife's identical model. Anyone know what is going on?
For what seems like the fifth time in as many months, Webroot has greeted me with a "You may be at risk" Alert on my Android Device. OK! Except, as it turns out I was NEVER actually at risk, it was just my security provider, LYING to me and apparently using SCARE TACTICS to get me to agree to changes in contract terms. Webroot is supposed to be protecting me, not BULLYING me. The mixed message is frustrating and confusing. If you need me to agree to new contract terms, please simply ask me to do so. Alarming me with a notice that is completely unrelated smacks of practices commonly used by cyber-criminals to phish. By using the "you may be at risk" to deliver an otherwise benign message make it sound like a threat. Like you intend to PUT my device at risk if I don't agree to terms. Frankly I'm shocked that apparently, no red flags have gone off at Webroot over this. At the very least, this whole practice is both passive-aggressive and just a bit on the greasy side of unprofessional. I
A few months ago I purchased Secure Anywhere Essentials as I did not have a smart phone. Well, now I do and I can't upgrade to the mobile app via the website. When I click on Mobile app upgrade, I go to the cofigurator site which says I already have Secure Anywhere Complete and only gives me the option to increase backup webspace. I tried installing the Mobile Secure Anywhere complete app on my Droid phone and it installs, but when I get to the login keycode, It says I don't have the right keycode. I took it straight out of the software. What can I do to upgrade so I can protect my new smartphone?
I received a warning notification on my Android phone about "widget.storystack". Webroot blocked access to widget.storystack.com/redirect This webpage exhibited suspicious behavior or is similar to known sources of malware or spam. Visiting this page may put you at risk. The notification presents me with 3 Options: Block the page, Continue to page, or Never block this site. Before making the decision, is there a way to research the particular Risk/Threat for more details?

about a year ago i started having trouble with the cell signal on my Droid Max X, at times the signal would completely disappear, my service supplier is Verizon. after months of frustrating calls to Verizon's customer service, nothing was ever solved. that changed yesterday when the rep i talked to was very helpful and she took her time and asking lots of questions and finally she came to the conclusion that SecureAnywhere was interfering with my phone signal, further she stated she believed it was the source of all my signal problems. Such as the 4Glte signal never being there and only 3G or less. we tried a bunch of other solutions before she asked me to unistall secureanywhere. To my surprise, once i uninstalled it, within a few minutes all those months of frustrations seemed to simply vanish into the air!! Please Webroot, explain to me if you are aware of any bug causing this problem. I really like having you installed on my phone for extra security, and i dont fell at easy
I have been getting red alert errors on my Samsung Galaxy SII. It is telliing me that tthis is a Trojan and needs to be removed. Webroot has been unable to remove this item. I had this problem before with the same results. I powered the phone off, removed the battery and SDcard. The last time that phone was kept out of service for a couple weeks. I needed some info. on that phone, I decided to bring the phone back on line to get that info. There were no red alert msgs till now. Has anyone had the same problem with a Tracone phone? What had to be done to address this problem?
I have just purchased Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete. I have successfully installed and registered it on two laptops. I have just installed it on my Android phone, however, it is saying that there is only 3 days left of the subscription (the trial period I guess). I have already entered product key number. I don't know where to go from here. Also when I log into my account, the PC Security section shows there are currently no PC's installed or protected when in reality there is. Will.

Phokus from team eos development here. Please do something about the data contained in the logs and perhaps consider truncating some of the data placed into those logs (logcat). Viewing logs is amassive security problem in android right now and there are pwd hashes in said logs.
AT&T email and Dolphin Browser for tablets Ver 1.0 are leaving advertising apps on my homescreen. Is there a way that I can use Webroot to block this unwanted activity? I am concerned about collection of personal data since I have no idea how deep this intrusion goes, nor any idea of how to stop it.
I just upgraded from WSAE 3 seat to WSAC 3. I followed the instructions for downloading and installing the app. I previously had Webroot Anti-virus on my phone which it uninstalled during the process. My problem is after accepting the terms it requires me to login. I enter my email, password and keycode. When I click login to account I get the following error message "Account creation failed. The license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License check failed due to invalid keycode. Response code:1 nothing I do and neither keycodes will work. What do I do now.
