I have used MPF for years and recently changed master access password but I now seem to have lost ability to access software [wrong password] - so must have writen down new super secure pw wrong. Any way to recover the situation and get into program. Thanks for any wisdom/advice:@
Does anyone else have issues with the Password Protection feature turning off? Everytime this happens, it shows that my sd card is not connected and I would have to constantly re-enter my pw on webroot app to enable admin access to my phone. I have the GS2 running android 4.1.
I have webroot secure anywhere. Got it with my Samsung laptop. It's been great thus far. I would like to add my Samsung note 2 to the account. I only have the laptop on it so far. It says I may use product key for 3 devices. I downloaded the app. What method should I follow? Thanks,
I have recently resubbed to Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete 5 Seat 1 Year Subscription International and installed the mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S3. Looking in my web console and the phone number for my mobile is incorrect. When I bought my phone (at Christmas) I had the number changed to my previous phone number, but it's the number that it shipped with that's being used by Webroot. How do I change this? Unless I can do so the lost phone feature will be useless :( Thanks in advance.

To allow our mobile devices to connect to the Internet to activate the webroot Anti-Virus and also update the virus definitions we need to configure our firewall to allow access to the IP range. Could someone provide me with the IP range for activate webroot Anti-Virus Android and the IP range used to update virus definitions?
I just purchased Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete 5 Seat 1 Year Subscription and I setup the PC. I can login to the website from my PC. First screen to login fails every time. If I login from the web browser of my phone I get to my account but not through the app. Please help.
l just purchased wsa complete and cant enter the keycode for it on my kindle fire hd 7".it keeps predicting the next letter/number for code and i cant enter it correctly, ive went in and shut off next word prediction and all that to the kindle fire but still does it?any way i can get this to work?

I purchased webroot secureanywhere complete. I downloaded the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete app for my android. I have entered my email address, password and keycode associated with my laptop subscription. I continually receive an error that says this "Your user credentials are not associated with this SecureAnywhere Complete keycode. Make sure you've created this user on my.webrootanywhere.com and try again." The keycode I entered IS associated with the email address and password i entered. The keycode i entered is the exact keycode shown in my "manage keycodes" section of my online account. Why isn't it recognizing it?? Please help

Phone was replaced and put in old simcard and lgged into google play for all apps. Webroot secure mobile was downloaded as is what I have on laptop webrot secure anywhere. tried logging in and failed. logged into laptop and reset password and secure password. tried again setting up on phone and it failed. I deleted the mobile phone from the laptop login and still cant start over. Webrot secureanywhere on laptop is version 220.127.116.11, mobile webroot secure anywhere mobile is version 18.104.22.16847 Help!
I have downloaded the webroot mobile secure anywhere app using a number of different ways including using the following address either from my PC or through the webroot secureweb app: [url=https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.complete]https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.complete[/url]but after several uninstalls and re-installs, the webroot mobile app still refuses to accept my email/password combo. Both the webroot on my PC and the webroot secureweb app on the cellphone are OK with the email/password combo.Each time I say "add a device" on my PC, it shows me the page that tells me to download the app. I have repeated this many times over the past 4 hours to no avail - and yes I uninstall first each time. Any suggestions please? What other way can I download the paid app that would recognize the keycode and the email/password combo? Thanks in advance!
My Android phone OS was upgraded today to "ice cream sandwich", which wiped out all the apps. Went to [i]play.google.com[/i] to reinstall the apps. Trying to reinstall "SecureAnywhere Complete" and "Webroot Security & Antivirus". Getting the "Incompatible Application" warning while trying to launch "SecureAnyhere". [b]Incompatible with what? [/b] I can not even close the warning screen, other than to minimize it. This never happened before and I have no idea what is causing this and how to get past this. Webroot please advise. I find this quite confusing - when you search for Webroot Products you find these: Mac Security Android Mobile Security iOS Mobile Security However it seems that you can only buy Android Mobile Security as a sepaerate product. The rest of them is included in WSA. Am I correct? Or is there a way to purchase them separately?
Hi. I've got a concern about webroot on my android phone. This evening while I was making a call, my phone came up with the "device locked" message. This is despite the fact that I had not activated any of the lost device protection actions, changed my sim card or done anything that should have resulted in my device being locked. I also noticed that the "emergency call" feature of the locked device screen didn't work - pressing it just prompted me to enter my password again, so had I needed to make an emergency call during this time I would have been unable to, which is a bit worrying. I have since managed to unlock it by resetting my password online, but I am concerned about how it came to be locked in the first place. I use this phone for work, so if this were to happen again during the work day and prevent me from making or answering calls it would be a big problem for me. Hello, When I login to 'mywebrootsecureanywhere' acccount I can see my protected pc's and mobile phone. So far so good. However, in the mobile security box I find that I have to look to my mobile device. So that is what I do. Then I find the remark that the defenitions are out of date. But, as far as I know they are very up to date; they were update a few hours ago; I have now: 3.1 Build 4547 So, somehow webroot does not register these updates (I have had this 'issue from the very beginning, after switsching from Spysweeper to WebrootSecureAnywhere. Although not a big problem, it is a bit annoying. Any solution(s)?
