Config: Android 7.1 SecureAnywhere 126.96.36.19978 When I pull down on the notification area I have an intermittent issue where the SecureAnywhere area is cropped, that is I only get the very top of "You are protected", basically from the "v" of the capital "Y". There is enough area as the rest of the bar is blank. This happens intermittengly.

OK whiz kids I am not happy. all my contacts on the phone not the sim. I did not do anything phone worked great all day as nit does every day. At 11pm Battery was running low so decided to switch off the phone and put it on charge. Just before closing the phone the Red message screen appreared telling me "Webroot has locked device at the request of owner". No I did not, so whats the solution I have 5 passwords I use for various things and none of them have unlocked the phone. I have not set up a password on the phone for anything so what and why did it lock my phone. One of my swift key numbers is an emergency number for medical attention due to an illness my wife has. Anything happens to her, look out webroot.
I am hoping that someone can help me. We have used Webroot for many years for our 3 home pc's and now we are moving into the Android world. I have loaded the free android app to my tablet but when I go to log in it says that I have too many activations. I have 3 pc's and Webroot itself says that we should be able to also have 3 android devices. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you solve it. Thanks ---------- (Edited for more informative subject line - Jim)

I get message Webroot has stopped. I go to settings APPS and select Webroot Secure and all options are grayed out. I cannot get access to uninstall or anything else. This problem appeared when I updated the APP. It looks like the APP stops imediatley when I boot up. I don't see a way to restart it. It was working fine prior to the update. How can this be fixed? My phone was stolen last night and I'm trying to figure out how to use the locate phone feature or at the very least, lock the device. When I log onto Webroot on a PC, I can't find anywhere where my phone is recognized as a device. How can I access my phone through my PC? I have been following this information: https://mobile.webroot.com/help/lost_device_protection.htm but it does me no good when I can't find the device. Please help. At the very least I would like to find comfort in locking my device ASAP.
I lost my phone on Saturday and I have the remote lock service activated. I have sent the scream and the locate commands but it appears mt device is not online. The history tab shows that the device last checked in 2 days ago. My question is if I rechange my phone service to another device then If whoever has my phone turns it on will the device lock or will my info on the phone be available to who has it? What is the best way to handle this?

I have had this tablet for a while now, and bought a NextBook recently. I set up the NextBook with a pin number for the Lock Screen feature, but I can't find out how to set the Samsung with a pin number, it says it is protected with the LockScreen in place. How do I find where to put the pin number in?
I have Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile Premier ver 188.8.131.5279 for Android. I have an HTC Droid DNA with Android 4.2.2. I constantly get a warning message that my installation is not secure because the need for a password to uninstall is turned off. I set it up following Webroots prompts. Then it has me activate the Device Administrator. This happens every day. Please help. i don't know if it's my phone or your program. Thanks in advance.
I am wondering if I have 2 antivrus apps on my phone - that it may pose a problem. I forgot about my webroot svc on my PC and that I could use it on my smartphone. So I purchased LOOKOUT for 80bucks a year. They are currently both still on my Galaxy4 smartphone. Other than being an idiot, can it do damage to the phone having 2 antivirus apps running at once?? Thanks for your help....Rich
I had installed the webroot software on my wife's phone. She didn't care for it due to the amount of battery life it had taken from the phone. I followed the instructions to uninstall the software. Where i went in and tried to deactivate it from the security screen. But the phone's screen went black and after a few moments I hit the home button. At this point it brought me to a normal lock screen like when you turn on the phone. There has never been a password put on this phone. When i tried to type a password in another screen popped up from webroot saying "Webroot has locked this device at the request of the owner. To unlock, please provide the device screen lock pattery or password. Because your device was not already secured with a screen lock you will need to enter your Webroot account password to unlock the device" I have tried this and it would just kick it back to screen with the message. I have tried reseting the password on the site and then tried the new
