We bought the Secure Anywhere so it could be installed on 3 different machines. Using the. CD the first install went ok on a Win7 Laptop.The second install was for a ASUS TF300T Tablet. First the link for an Internet download was not right.Instead of presenting a downloafd link I was given a choice to buy or download a cheaper version.I called Bestbuy where it was purchased and told them the link didnt work. This woman had me try all kinds of links before we fuinally got to a account setup. The connection was lost or she hung up but Initial login was interupted. I tried to sign in multiple times, tried to open a new account. I need to gett with someone thhat can reset the account.The software is installed now.Itjust needs to be Authorised. Hello, Just installed WM on my Galaxy SIII and WM itself shows : In the WM "battery controller" :consumption at 33% (second rank after display !) In the WM "actual consumption" : 3.63 % But, since it's installed, battery loading is much longer than before. Did I something wrong in the config, and how can I change that ?? Thanks for your help
Hello Moderator and other members, Its urgents and need your help .. I just pulled out my sim rfom the phone and now webroot is asking for the Webroot ID password to unlock the same.. I don't remember it, so I reset the password with the link provided and now the problem is, I don't have any DATA connection in my phone as I switched off the WIFI in phone last time.. Even I don't have any DATA in my SIM.. I have very important data in the phone and I need it on urgent basis.. That's the reason I cannot Factory reset the phone even.. Find me a solution pleaseeeeee...!! Thanks in advance
My phone was stolen last night and I'm trying to figure out how to use the locate phone feature or at the very least, lock the device. When I log onto Webroot on a PC, I can't find anywhere where my phone is recognized as a device. How can I access my phone through my PC? Please help. At the very least I would like to find comfort in locking my device ASAP.
Hello, a little help will be appreciated. My WSA software on my phone was working ok this morning 12/12/2012, I logged into my account thru my pc, no problem, there it tells me I have a problem in my mobile device, I tried to log into my phone and keep on getting a message that reads: "ERROR: login failed. The E-mail or password you entered is incorrect", I am using the same e-mail and password that I used to log into my pc account and still not working. any ideas on what could be wrong? PS. I also entered both the OLD and NEW full code just to make sure. and nothing. Any advice will be appreciated. thanks in advance.

A primary purpose of this in both the Premier and Complete versions of the app is so that the uninstallation process is password-protected by using a feature that is exclusive to the paid versions of the app. This means that if a thief steals your device, he will not be able to uninstall Webroot without using a password, which allows you to use the Locate, Scream, Lock, or Wipe functions without fear of Webroot having already been uninstalled. If device admin was not enabled, the thief could just remove Webroot, and you wouldn't be able to use those commands. After the latest update, I started getting a warning that Webroot needed to be set as a device administrator. I am trying to figure out why it needs that level of access. I have not seen anything here and the update notes were not clear enough. Can anybody tell me what this is needed? Thanks! Dan

I get message Webroot has stopped. I go to settings APPS and select Webroot Secure and all options are grayed out. I cannot get access to uninstall or anything else. This problem appeared when I updated the APP. It looks like the APP stops imediatley when I boot up. I don't see a way to restart it. It was working fine prior to the update. How can this be fixed? I'm using Webroot Secure Mobile Premier
I recently renewed my WRSA Complete subscription and had to reinstall the mobile app onto my phone. During the activation process, I'm prompted to enter my email address, password, and Keycode. I input all of the correct info, but the system tells me that the "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect". At that moment, I remembered that I was previously directed to make a new user account from the web console to activate the product as a workaround a few months ago. I tried using that user account (again, with the right password/credentials), but the same error came back up. Will I have to make another user account to work around this again, and if so, how do I delete existing "users" from my account? There wasn't a clear way to do this in the "Manage Users" section of the web console. Any direction on this is greatly appreciated!
I received an email invitation to upgrade. Did so, got my avtivation code, activated. Now it keeps telling me my definitions are out of date, but will not Fix This Now. Gives another eror telling me it cannot access servers since I am not connected to the internet. HELP.
Hi, I have installed free SecureWeb into my Android device fine When I click on Red Key, pop up is enabled and asking credentials Login to SecureWeb (Enter your Webroot SecureAnywhere account credentilas to access Password Management). Still I have a doubt here where should I sign up/How can I get these credentials please tell me yaar. Bcoz I have installed Webroot SecureAnywhere mobile into my same Android device last week, it is working fine without lthis type of foolish interption. Hi Folks, I am glad to say that using Webroot SecureAnyWhere mobile for my smart(Android S2)/iPhone 6.0 fine. I have scanned my device without threats fine. All the available options make it as ON for Security like CALL&SMS/Lost&Stolen device. but my doubt is how can Webroot trace out if device lost/stolen. can you please anyone help me out in this. I am expecting the procedure for trace out smart phones for this Is any mandatary things we should maintain. Thanks, Satya
Hi, I've bought and installed SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier 126.96.36.19927 on my Xperia 10. I receive warnings about the different shields not being active. Clicking on the button 'fix this now' does not change anything. In the appropriate menu all items are ticked. Even on the website it gives a warning, which apparently I cannot solve. Any advise? I installed Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile free version on my HTC Droid Incredible 2 last January. But I didn't write down whatever I used for a security code, and I can't remember it. I tried to use the "can't log in" link, and it used an absolutely standard security question: what is your mother's birthplace? Well, my mother wasn't born in the U.S. so there are multiple ways I could have answered that question and apparently I can't remember the one I gave it, because I keep getting this error: [b]Error(UPA004):Your reset security code request cannot be processed as the details you have entered do not match.[/b] And there doesn't seem to be any way to contact Webroot support except this forum, so here I am.
