Hi, due to having quite a number of problems during the last 6 months with my Kindle which has resulted in my having to reset it to factory settings I now find that I cannot use the above software (downloaded & paid for from the Amazon app store) due to my registering it too many times, I have deleted all the entries from my online webroot account but still I can't use the app, it has been working for around 5-6 months with no problem & until tonight I could just enter my account details no problem, it says the device currently doesn't have internet access & underneath it says key attachment has been exceeded yet I can access the web & download other apps with no problem.
I used to have the webroot logo on the top left of my mobile phone, I bought the new android security for the next 12 months the other day, and I have no icon on the top left corner of my screen now. anyone can help me please? Thanking you kindly, Eric. :)
I installed SecureAnywhere Mobile on an Android tablet. I signed in to SecureAnywhere Mobile with my web portal email and password. A day later it still doesn't show up on the web portal. If I go to Register in the app, it shows "Free version - no expiration" and "Email address:" and "Current product key: None". Do I have to activate a product key before it will show up in the web portal?
Since I already have Webroot installed on my android phone, I am wondering if Webroot will add some sort of "locate phone" feature. There appear to be other apps that do this. And for iPhones this service is provided via Apples's iCloud service.
When I try to view the freeroms.com website in my web browser on my Samsung SPH-D700, SecureAnywhere Mobile prompts me with a page blocker. When I tell it to "Never Block This Site", it reloads the page and prompts me again. Anybody know why it does this, because it does it with other sites. *Link edited out by Moderator because it may be malicious.*
I have tried to get the Secure Anywhere to download to my phone (android) and my tablet. On both devices I get the 'ERROR' message that others seem to have received before also. I have made sure that my e-mail and password are correct and that my keycode is correct but program still will not download and still gives me the error report every time. I do not know what else to do. I do not know if my phone is "rooted" and both devices always have internet. What options do I have now?
I lost my phone, sent a scream to it via my computer, and it asks me for my Webroot password because my phone doesnt have a screen lock, but when i hit unlock it takes me to my screen lock. I tried everything.I can enter in almost anything into my screen lock and it takes me back to webroots locked screen, but when i hit unlock it starts the process all over again. please HELP
when trying to access webroot on my cell, samsung 5, i enter my email, my password and key code. I keep getting an error message: the key code you entered is not a webroot secure anywhere complete code. you must be a webroot secure anywhere complete customer to use this version. please double check the key code you entered. [wnotcpmpletekeycode(154)]." I have verified it so many times. my webroot version on my computer is 22.214.171.124. This is very frustrating. please help
I had to reinstall my OS on the android phone. When I reinstalled Webroot (which I have paid for), asks for my username, password, and keycode. I put in my correct keycode (got it right from the account console), but tells me its wrong and wants the WRSA keycode, but when I try to type that in it puts dashes in at wrong places.
