I apologise as I do not know how/who to resolve this issue. I have 3 Devices listed, My Phone, My Tablet, My Fire. the My Tablet has been Factory Reset, and sold. I have Removed Device, several times, over a 4 Month period, and the Device continues to re-establish in Mobile Security. What do I need to do? Who / How to contact? Thanks.
Wondering why my Kindle & Webroot Mobile Device about 8 months ago has a yellow exclamation! My Tablet needs attention. I know how to activate this on my Kindle but leery of doing so. If my device gets stolen it can scream, lock, and lock with message however I don't take the Kindle out of my house. I just left as is. So if my Kindle does get stolen if this feature is not activated I won't be able to locate it via GPS? I read some other users that posted back in 2012 that when their Android goes in safe mode it locks and they have to input the password. Not sure if this is still relevent. I am going to leave as is. Thanks!

Hi to everyone! I bought Webroot from the website to use on 5 " different devices. However, I wasn't able to get the online android version of webroot to give me a place to put my activation code in. Would anyone happen to know how I must do this? Thanks in advance!
Hi. When I powered up our tablet today it signaled me that our subscription had expired. My wife reminded me (after I paid the ~16 dollars....) that she had done the same thing back in November. I verified the Google play store receipts and she was correct. The 16 bucks is for a years subscription. How do I get my money refunded and how do I prevent this from happening again. We don't use the tablet very often so it seems if it is off for a while when powered up it defaults to an expired state.......
Re: I just paid for Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus and now I can't download it to mob
5/1/18 Same problem here. Paid $50 + tax (supposedly for 1 year), yet, after it was installed successfully on a Laptop, it STOPS ME at every stage on my Mobile Cell (Samsung Android)....I used the same many-digit Key code on the Cell, and it said, "successful," yet when I logged in (1st time), it rejected my name, my Email, my password...led me to reregister, which still didn't hrlp; led me to change Password page, and,WebRoot still would not allow any movement forward. I'm desperate for advice, and by the way, I' m sick and tired of these "auto-1-way" Help menus and "self-taught" instructions. Maybe I shoild direct my money paid to go thru all these steps before paid; then I think there would be some real help. Any suggestions and directions HERE? Disgruntled WebRoot Customer, Daniel Wasserman
I have a Samsung galaxy s5 cell phone. For some reason in the settings of the phone under "Accessibility" in the services section, Webroot goes from on to off. Why is this happening? When this happens Webroot tell me that I am not secure. I then go to settings and turn Webroot on. Thanks for your help.
My daughter's LG phone sprang up with a Webroot message indicating - Android.Trojan.Gen.Heur Google Play services com.google.android.gms Webroot has determined that this app is a trojan..... Really? How can we know if this is a false-positive or genuine? How to proceed?
