I am unable to transfer my purchased iTunes files to my new LG V20 Android smart phone. Does anyone have a suggestion for getting this done? I am a customer of many years with the Geek Squad and they want $99 to do it by linking into my computer. That seems unreasonable so I'm asking the community for help.
Smartphone Nokia 3.1 TA-1049 DS 2/16 Android 9 ("Android ONE" version). Tablet Asus Zenpad 8.0 P00A(Z380M) Android 7. After recent WSA Mobile Complete update neither device will SCAN for viruses when VPN is connected, error code 1011. Never had this problem before recent WSA Mobile update 220.127.116.11995. VPN service is "Private Internet Access" with current subscription purchased before introduction of Webroot's VPN product. The recent update also caused both devices to experience the high battery drain issue described elsewhere here in another topic thread and in the Google Play Store customer reviews.
Trying to install Secure Anywhere Mobile on my wife's new Galaxy S7. Webroot's telling me my e-mail isn't valid--even though I can log into my account via my PC with the same e-mail. Anyone else ever have this problem. Webroot Customer Support is closed until Monday morning.
Hello, as I (finally) installed and registered my mobile phone with Webroot Complete, my phone number appears scrambled on my account. My phone is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (as I am), so its format should be: 55 - Brazilian code 21 - Rio de Janeiro area code and a 9 digit phone number (yes, it's that big a number). But when I register it, and doesn't matter how much I try to edit it, it always shows the number scrambled. Something like 552 (1xx) xxx-xxxx. maybe it works for someone from Granada, but it appears to me that Webroot's page and phone registration is not prepared for foreign countries! I suggest that it recognizes the countries, and maybe ask the country before the number is entered, so the format is determined. Thanks a lot.
My mobile Chrome browsing is sometimes affected by S3 amazonaws.com pop-ups which obliterate my browsing page from local Los Angeles news television stations: kabc.com ktla.com. Please investigate and notify the news organizations they have unwelcome AWS pop-ups that redirect without warning. My Webroot protection doesn't block the persistent and annoying interruptions either.
I bought the disc at best buy and set up my account via my pc. I installed the app on my phone and tablet. i attempted to login with the same email address, password, and keycode that i set up the account with. I keep getting error messages stating that the email address or password are incorrect. Can anyone help?
Cant seem to install the android version of the software onto a Samsun tablet. I have a LICENSED copy of the product and have tried installing it from the web as well as Google Play and dneither accept the license code frmo the package. The license number is the same one listed on the admin home page. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Seems like the Geeksquad is making it difficult to get it done..
I have an app called Private Diary. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.diary Since the last update of Webroot Secure Anywhere on my android Samsung Galaxy Note II phone, I get an error each time that I open the diary app, then again when I type an entry, again party way in to typing the entry, and again after I save the entry. This is annoying. What do I do? Can anyone help? <img src="http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a367/JamieWriter/2014-06-04001935.png" alt="image of code error">
I've just renewed my subscription for another year, and I have decided to download the webroot app for my android, when I am asked to enter my account information and product key, I get a message saying that it is not the required key code, yet it is the same one displayed on the "my account" tab of my pc interface.
i have both lookout antivirus paid edition and webroot secure anywhere for pc's and phone's and i was wondering can webroot do the same thing as lookout? i noticed they have similar features, but lookout will take a picture after 3 wrong attempts to unlock your phone, does webroot do the same thing? that feature is very important to me.
I'm running on Toshiba Thrive updated with Android 4.0x Scans, both scheduled and manual, run normally and report "finished", but the program fails to updated the status. Even immediately after a "finished" scan, I still get the warning that the last scan was more than a week ago. I'm also getting periodic ""Webroot Stopped" messages, probably due to a program timeout when trying to update the status.
