I've just renewed my subscription for another year, and I have decided to download the webroot app for my android, when I am asked to enter my account information and product key, I get a message saying that it is not the required key code, yet it is the same one displayed on the "my account" tab of my pc interface.
Hello, I recently installed Webroot for my unrooted S7 and encountered a problem just after I finished setting it up. Apps cannot actively run for more than a few minutes in the background. I tested all of my apps that can actively run in the background on three installations, with the same results. I did not find anything in the settings that may be causing the conflict, but I may have missed something. Thank you for your assistance, babb360

Hello, I've installed my licensed Webrotte SecureAnywhere on my new Galaxy Note 10.1. Now the device is locked for good by WebRoot and I just can't get anywhere ... changing password on the my.webrootanywhere.com doesn't help at all ... I'm stuck with the 10.1 device. Even a device reset is not allowed ... Samsung Galaxy S III where I've got a copy of the same WebRoot running works fine ... Any help on this would be greatly appreciated ;o) Thanks Kimi
