Scream feature not working
Hi guys, locate works great, lock as well but scream NEVER works, it shows the command sent on the phone but it doesn´t work. Any ideas? Also, is it possible to set a "standard" message on the website so even if I send a lock command from a mobile it appears on my screen? Cheers!
Device Removal From SecureAnywhere web interface
I currently have 3 devices protected under the mobile security tab. I no longer own 2 of them. Is there a way to remove them from the tab so I can add new devices? The only other time I've been able to remove devices is by contacting customer service. Kind of a pain, becuase their system has changed. You used to be able to just send an e-mail and they would remove a device. Now you have to call them and start a trouble ticket. Plus when you click on the "Contact Us" link it redirects you here or to another site that is even less helpful.

So I upgraded to the "complete" version so that i could have the mobile option to install it on my droid, little problem though, now i am incomplete! i downloaded the three apps, tried to launch them all, one by one and it asks me for e-mail, password and key code, i did input all of those just to encounter the following message: " Error Account creation failed. the license check server returned an invalid response. Raw Error: License check failed due to too many activations. Response code 7" Has anyone had the same problem? and if so please tell me how you fixed. thanks much!! compatibility of Lookout and Webroot SA Complete
Lookout Free Antivirus preinstalled on my LG-C800 Android phone and I have Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete. I don't use Lookout as an active program, but would there be a problem running it? I don't plan to do so but want to know. My phone model uses up battery fast, so I keep bluetooth off except when I use it. The only app that runs all the time is the Webroot.
I am having a issue with my log in. When I downloaded my app for my phone and I put in the email, password and my Secure Anywhere complete keycode in the log in box, I recieve a error message saying: Error Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect. Since the log I used the same log in on to check the status of my computers that are associated with that account and it works fine. But I just don't understand why it not letting me log in. ---------- (Edited for more informative subject line - Jim)
I purchased 2 Premiere subscriptions - Now Google Play won't let me update
I purchased 2 one year subscriptions for two Samsung tablets. Each tablet shows a product key and 337 days left. When I go to Google Play store to update, it shows that I have the free versions installed and I can't update the paid version. Please show me how to fix this. Many thanks,
SecureWeb for Android not working at all
I have the secure anywhere complete on my HTC EVO 4G using the android 2.3.5 system. Everytime I try to use secure web to go anywhere on the internet it goes to a blank page and thats it. I uninstalled then re-installed the webroot app on 3/14/12 and it worked for 2 days then quit again. Everything was working fine until I did the last update just over a week ago. Any ideas?
I installed Webroot Security & Antivirus on my Anroid (Huawei Sonic) a few months ago. Today I got a notice to say an upgrade was available for download. I asked to install it, agreed to the terms and conditions, but after downloading the file and attempting to install it, I get an error message "insufficient storage available". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - uninstall worked fine but the same problem occurred when trying to reinstall, so now I have no virus protection. Checking my storage I have 17.96 MB available on internal SD card and 16.92 MB available on internal storage. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem? Thanks
A bug in the galaxy s2 when trying to unlock
I accidently locked my galaxy s2. I also have always had enabled the draw a secret pattern security for certain apps. The problem is when i come to the section where its asking me to put in the webroot password the screen doesnt give me enough time to do this, because its nearly instananeosly flashing between the draw pattern screen and the put in webroot password box screen. There seems to be a conflict. Can you help?...because this an expensive phone with a lot of information i need on it. Is there a way round this, for example unlocking the phone from my account when logged in on my computer? (I have looked but cannot see if and where this can be done)
Too Many Activations / Response Code 7
I am hoping that someone can help me. We have used Webroot for many years for our 3 home pc's and now we are moving into the Android world. I have loaded the free android app to my tablet but when I go to log in it says that I have too many activations. I have 3 pc's and Webroot itself says that we should be able to also have 3 android devices. Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you solve it. Lockdown requires "Background Data" and Others
Hello, I've noticed that if I have my "Background Data" transfer option turned off on my tablet (usually to conserve my battery life), I won't get any of the Lost Device Protection features, until it is turned back on. Could you add a feature that will watch for this? Also, I've noticed that some app crashes may be caused by Webroot Mobile, I was told by several developers to submit a log file to your developers, so here it is... They said that it is denying some permission in their apps automatically. There is also another log file attached to Support Case # 00217818 Thanks for any help! ...

Even if WSA mobile ranks in the second best group (i.e. a detection rate between 90% and 65%), there is no reason to panic especially taking into consideration that products with the said detection rate are still very good and could move to the top range depending on changes to the tested malware set. Well done Webroot and keep up the good work! Thanks & regards, pegas EDIT: I have checked all the applications tested by av-test.org on Android market and it is unbelievable how very poor rated applications (in fact useless as regards the security provided) have however very high downloads! I was really shocked. So Webroot come on, come on ... You have everything in place to beat them all.
The phone is locked
I buy a new phone and take out the sim card of the old phone and put it in the new phone to pass my contacts, when put it back in my old phone webroot look the phone. I never now this option was on and never put a password to unlock the phone. So now how can i unlock the phone. Thanks
I had been having scan problems with Webroot on my Archos 101g9 tablet. It always stopped at scanning SD card and would go no further. Today i have installed a firmware update from Archos and now Webroot works it has scanned my tablet. Just thought I would let you know so it may help others with this problem.
Renewing Premier Subscription
I renewed my subscription to SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier a few days ago. When I try to opeh, I get a screen that shows 363 days left to subscription (good) but there is also an Activate button. When I click, it asks to enteer product key to activate. The only product key I have is apparently the old one that appears on the Activate screen, but when I enter that one, it reverts back to the 20 days or so left on the old subscription. I bought the renewal vial Google Play, but didn't receive a new product key. Am I missing something somewhere>
