I renewed my subscription to SecureAnywhere Mobile Premier a few days ago. When I try to opeh, I get a screen that shows 363 days left to subscription (good) but there is also an Activate button. When I click, it asks to enteer product key to activate. The only product key I have is apparently the old one that appears on the Activate screen, but when I enter that one, it reverts back to the 20 days or so left on the old subscription. I bought the renewal vial Google Play, but didn't receive a new product key. Am I missing something somewhere>
Hello, I have recently downloaded the secureanywhere app for my android, and when I set up the account online and tried to log in with my phone, it says "your user credentials are not associated with this secureanywhere complete keycode. Make sure you've created this user on http//my.webrootanywhere.com and try again." I have aleady done this, and it says my phone is protected, but I cant log in on my phone...what can I do?
I'm new. I instaled the Webroot, performed a full scan. Ok. Then I went on [url=https://mobile.webroot.com/info]https://mobile.webroot.com/info[/url] to see the other features. I tried the "locate my device" feature on "Lost Device Protection" tab 3 times, but it couldn't find it. Although it could find it for the "Scream" feature. Why?
User guide for Webroot Mobile was available on the old mobile forum. Unfortunately you have closed this forum in favour of Community Forums, OK why not. However user guide for mobile version is missing there. Under section user guides there are listed all your products except for mobile version. Therefore could you access the mobile version user guide again?
Testing SecureAnywhere on a HTC Sensation under Android 4.0. Following issues/questions: 1) Commands sent via web interface listed for everyone to see in notifications area. Any way to hide them? 2) Scream function is not working, might be OS/device specific? 3) While Lost Device Protection is turned on and i.e. Locate my device working fine, phone is still listed as "in need of attention", and how to fix icon reveals nothing. Hi all, Having the paid Premier version. I have set scheduled scans on a weekly basis. However every 7th day I am getting a warning that it is for a week when a scan wasn't run and I have to trigger it manually. It means that even if I have set weekly scans, they are not running. Daily update of definitions works fine, just the scans are problem. I am not sure but it might be that the problem with the missing scans began since update to 2.3.1336. Any clue to resolve it?
