Question: Why am I still receiving blocked texts on my Android Device? Answer: This is an issue that occurs because of limitations applied to the Android OS after the 4.4 update. For security reasons, third party applications are no longer able to offer this functionality without creating a default messenger application specifically for their product. Question: Why does it show that it is being blocked? Answer: Because technically, we are catching it and attempting to block the sms. We are simply not able to given the limitations provided. Question: Will malicious links still be blocked? Answer: Of course! You will still receive a notification in regards to a text containing a malicious link. This happens regardless of whether or not the number is in your block list.
