I'm new to this app and asking if I can get help plz? I had my phone stolen when I fell asleep in a public place. I remember turning the phone off at 12:16am. I'm trying to get webroot to locate my device but it's only saying that it's unable to contact the device. Looking like it has yet to be powered back up bcuz each other new search says same. My question is: can I do something to get last known location and is there a way to find the device while it's turned off? Are user's limited to what they have access to compared to getting in contact with your company? If u have the ability to find the device while it's off would you mind sharing with me 😊
Immediately after updating WSA-Mobile to version 126.96.36.199428 my Asus Android 7.0 tablet showed a warning that WSA is malware (see attached screenshot). The update was downloaded from the Google Play Store, wherein the problem is also reported in the user reviews. I crossed my fingers and clicked to "IGNORE" the warning to complete the installation. Does anybody in the Community have any ideas of explanation? Thanks.

I'm having a problem with my console showing my mobile device needs attention, "current scan out of date" so I open the app, scan and nothing changes. The scan completes and shows no problems so what's up with the message? Also, when I click the "how to fix" button it talks about 'responding to alerts' but my phone shows no alerts. I don't know if this is a glitch or what? Any suggestions? Phone seems fine... also, when I go to my console on my laptop, it doesn't show my laptop. I click on the blank space and it shows my laptop then, but not on the console. That's what makes me think I have some kind of glitch. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, I'm trying to get some information if I have a legitimate issue on my phone or if this can be ignored. On Monday (4/22) Webroot mobile (Galaxy Note 9 on Android 9.0) started flagging apps I've been using for months as threats telling me they were Trojans. These apps hadn't been updated recently and were things like the Samsung calculator, an app called Trainerize, and something called CSC.apk (com.samsung.sec.android.application.csc). I used the option in Webroot to ignore the apps, updated my Webroot from the playstore and the Trainerize app and restarted my phone and the apps are no longer on the ignore list. However the CSC.apk is still flagged as a threat. I can't find any information about what this file does other than it has to do with some features on Samsung phones and when I tried removing the threat, Webroot wasn't able to. I've just let it be now thinking Webroot will update it's definitions and it will no longer flag this, but it's been 4 days now and i
Is anyone having continuous threats popping up with Webroot Mobile Security? I just had to reset my Samsung Note 8 this morning and I'm getting this Threat from Outlook. False positives perhaps? I had to install my app a couple times due to it showing me that I needed to do a security scan. After numerous scans I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. This made the issue go away but now I find a new one. I keep getting the shield notification on my status bar as well as a dot on my app, meaning it needs my attention. Everything is in order and I have "fixed" once more all the issues that needed attention and yet it still shows me the notification. My notification says "No problems detected", I assumed it had something to do with the persistent status after a small research but that option is missing! I opened, closed, opened, restarted phone, still nothing. I have gone into General settings and I only see "Support Options" Nothing about "Persistent Status" underneath or around it. For now I'm just turning off all notifications from the app because at this point it feels like an eyesore. Is this an issue with the free version? I will upgrade to give extra protection
I recently installed NordVPN on both my GalaxyS7 and my PC. I recently realized that SecureAnywhere was not even running and crashed multiple times on my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I went to scan for viruses the Error Code 1011 came up stating "Limited or No Connectivity" Once I disconnected from the VPN the scan ran correctly. Has anyone else experienced something similar to this? I opened a chat with NordVPN yesterday and the guy told me he didnt use antivirus software so he couldn't relate to my issue....
When I scan my pixel 3 using webroot by clicking the "Scan for Viruses" button, I see a progress bar that says "scanning" very briefly and then it almost instantly goes to "Scan complete" with "no threats found". I have scanned many times before and this is unusual. When I logon to the webroot site, I can see that it thinks my phone needs attention. It says the current scan is out of date. I uninstalled/reinstalled and have the same issue.
I have logged into my account and it says my mobile is protected. My mobile app on the other hand is showing a constant alert. I have uninstalled it and made sure the administrator app permission is active. Please help!
