Did we lose this program with the update? Just updated today. Hi, I recently changed the SIM in my phone and then webroot locked me out of the phone. When i press unlock and it prompts me for the password. I followed the change password link and managed to change the password for my webroot account. The real problem starts here, meaning that when i go to the mobile tab once logged into my webroot account I'm unable to see my device. I would really appreciate some help on this. Also USB debugging is enabled on my Nexus 5. Is there any way I can use this to my advantage? Many thanks.

I did as you suggested and contacted Google Play. They say it is up to the developer to support their app. Individual app developers Once the app (free or paid) has been successfully downloaded and installed on Google Play, the individual Android app developers (the person or group of people who actually make the app or game that you’ve downloaded) take it from there. If you’re having trouble with an app force closing, freezing or any other problems, these are things the developer should be able to help you with. I did the same on 08/23/2012 from Google Plus for my Asus Tablet and have had no problem with that one. The one for 4/15/2012 was for my smart phone. My smart phone still sa
I can log on to Webroot and see my devices ( I am Premire). I have a device stolen and need to wipe completely. It shows the stolen device on WR website as needing attention ( 'update scan' but it has been stolen in country with limited wifi so could not acton this. I am now back in UK and need to wipe mobile. I cannot see how to do this from website; there are no intructions under 'Activites' or anywhere else I can find on website? Please help as i need to wipe phone ASAP!! Regards
My Android phone OS was upgraded today to "ice cream sandwich", which wiped out all the apps. Went to play.google.com to reinstall the apps. Trying to reinstall "SecureAnywhere Complete" and "Webroot Security & Antivirus". Getting the "Incompatible Application" warning while trying to launch "SecureAnyhere". Incompatible with what? I can not even close the warning screen, other than to minimize it. This never happened before and I have no idea what is causing this and how to get past this. Webroot please advise. My wife and I both have secure anywhere complete on our phones. She got a Webroot page pop up/warning indicating that Webroot Security complete solution Agreement has changed and gives the option to click and agree. I did not get such a notice. Since this has not appeared on both phones I was just wanting confirm the page as a legitimate Webroot message/warning?
I just renewed my WSA Complete Subscription for another 2 years today, well before my current subscription was to expire. I ran the scan on my laptop and after the system showed that the program subscription has renewed for 2 years plus the remaining time I had on my current subscription. HOWEVER, when I ran a manual scan on my LG phone with my WSA Complete app, it still shows me the red arrow subscription expires in 23 days blurb. I rescanned my phone twice and it still shows that, so I am wondering if I need to do something else or is there something I'm not doing that I should do or is there some kind of delay with updating the phone app system? Sorry for such a silly question, but being severely tech challenged I never know if I'm missing a crucial step or not! Thanks for patience and input!
I am trying to add WebRoot SecureAnywhere Mobile to my Kindle Fire HD tablet. I found the WebRoot software in the Kindle Store, downloaded and installed a version (and think I installed the correct version). It installed OK. Then when I clicked on the App, it prompted for my account's email address, password, and the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode to complete the installation and register it to my WebRoot account. So I entered my email address and password for my account OK. When I tried entering the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode, the soft keyboard would only allow me to enter capital letters, numbers, and special characters, but NO lower case. After keying in my entire SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode and hitting the Done key, it is just sitting there highlighting the SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode field and leaving the Login to Account button shaded. I tried resetting my SecureAnywhere Complete Keycode for my WebRoot account to use all C
I recently renewed my WRSA Complete subscription and had to reinstall the mobile app onto my phone. During the activation process, I'm prompted to enter my email address, password, and Keycode. I input all of the correct info, but the system tells me that the "Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect". At that moment, I remembered that I was previously directed to make a new user account from the web console to activate the product as a workaround a few months ago. I tried using that user account (again, with the right password/credentials), but the same error came back up. Will I have to make another user account to work around this again, and if so, how do I delete existing "users" from my account? There wasn't a clear way to do this in the "Manage Users" section of the web console. Any direction on this is greatly appreciated!
I understand this is a small process but I am concerned. My Webroot is constantly in scanning as advised on the top swipedown android notification screen as "ongoing" app. I tried to kill the provessel to no avail. I even did a clean reinstall yesterday. Time on battery since this morning is 4hrs and 35mins. Battery usage for webroot is 73%. could the scan be stuck in the background?(as per my prev post) and it keep draining my battery? My phone battery usually last for entire day at 30% end of day now it's down to %30 half day in... something is not right here... I have webroot for PC and it's great. But the mobile version seems to be a bit buggy... I'm sad as this is a $20 app.
I have downloaded the webroot mobile secure anywhere app using a number of different ways including using the following address either from my PC or through the webroot secureweb app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webroot.security.completebut after several uninstalls and re-installs, the webroot mobile app still refuses to accept my email/password combo. Both the webroot on my PC and the webroot secureweb app on the cellphone are OK with the email/password combo. Each time I say "add a device" on my PC, it shows me the page that tells me to download the app. I have repeated this many times over the past 4 hours to no avail - and yes I uninstall first each time. Any suggestions please? What other way can I download the paid app that would recognize the keycode and the email/password combo? Thanks in advance!
Hi Webroot Community, I think the product is great or at least the scanning files app that I've used (haven't had to use the wipe remote feature thankfully) but I have enough going on in my Android header that I'd like to get rid of the green "W" icon in the upper left corner but still have the app running in the background. Is that possible? Thanks, Legger
