Install shield, file shield, and execution shields will not enable.
Hi I have Webroot secure anywhere mobile perimer version 3.6.0.6657 installed on my tablet running andriod ver. 4.0.4. The problem i am having is that 3 shields refuse to turn on. How can I get the install, file, and execution shields to turn on when pushing the enable tabs do nothing.

Please update your Android Webroot version to 3.6.0.6675 from the Play Store.
Would you look at this Knowledge Base article on enabling the Webroot Shields HERE and you could also Poweroff and restart your device to see if that helps.
If you still cannot get the shields to work then would you do an uninstall/ reinstall of Webroot. Making sure you have your keycode available.
If you continue to have issues then you can submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
