Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect.
Since the log I used the same log in on to check the status of my computers that are associated with that account and it works fine.
But I just don't understand why it not letting me log in.

I found your support ticket in our support system, and I'm going to take it over and work it through to resolution. Please check your inbox for a new email from me.
