mobile app login support
I bought the disc at best buy and set up my account via my pc. I installed the app on my phone and tablet. i attempted to login with the same email address, password, and keycode that i set up the account with. I keep getting error messages stating that the email address or password are incorrect. Can anyone help?

There are a few things you can do that may help.
The first is to check your account settings in the Account Console Log into your Console, and then at the upper right hand corner click your email address. That will bring a drop down menu, click Manage Users. In here, review the permissions for the account you are trying to use. Everything should be set to Access or above. You may need to edit the profile to allow permissions for Mobile Security, Passwords, and Backup&Synch.
