Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please manually start a Webroot scan and then restart your device. Then go back into your online Account console and see if it corrects itself in the Cloud.
You can also try uninstalling Webroot and reinstalling to see if that will fix the Console. Make sure you write down your key-code if you decide to do this.
Otherwise you can Submit a Support Ticket or Contact Webroot Technical support directly. This is of course a free service with a Webroot Subscription.
