Paid for Premium. Tells me to Upgrade to Premium still.

This was the first purchase I made on my phone...but whatever I do, it tells me that I meed to upgrade to premium. I already have premium.
To make it worse I can't find a way to simply call the company, instead It's a Community Forum??
I would think that this is all a scam if it wasnt for having Webroot on my laptop for three years...
 
What am I supposed to do? I paid for premium but nothing happened, there was no change, and it insists that I need to pay for Premium...
Please help.
 
(The purchase did go through and its listed in my Google play. Running Android.)

It isn't letting me open a ticket.
It loops me back to a claim that they have already contacted me.
If I would like to continue enter my password.
 
And them it sends me right back there.
 
I would like my Premium Membership redeemed.....
 
I am not paying you guys for the free version.
