Welcome to the Webroot Community,
First thing that you need to do is to make sure you download and install the right version for your license of WSA. Please refer to this KB Article for help.
Next, go to the Account Console and log in. If you have not yet created your Account Console, you need to do this in order to log into the mobile apps correctly, in which case please see this KB Article for guidance in doing that.
And finally please see this KB Article for guidance on how to install WSA on Android devices.
If you require further assistance on top of the above please post back and we will see what we can do further to assist.
