If you strongly believe your phone has been compromised in some manner, the best course of action is to completely wipe and reset the device to factory.
 
Then once back online, get all your applications and the phone's OS as up to date as possible. From there you can always install the Webroot mobile protection onto the device (if it's an Android) and go from there.

No download yet. My ram is also full. I have webroot  but how to clean phone is scary. There are so many apps which one is best?
