Samsun Galaxy Note 10.1

I've installed my licensed Webrotte SecureAnywhere on my new Galaxy Note 10.1. Now the device is locked for good by WebRoot and I just can't get anywhere ... changing password on the doesn't help at all ... I'm stuck with the 10.1 device. Even a device reset is not allowed ...
Samsung Galaxy S  III where I've got a copy of the same WebRoot running works fine ...
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated ;o)

Please take a look at this knowledge base article regarding Lost Device Protection.
Locked Device on SIM Card Replacement
If you performed a password reset, the device might not be updating due to an inactive connection. Please try using your previous password as it is stored locally on the device itself in situations where a connection cannot be made.
