Phone has a red warning, I asked Webroot to remove that item. Received a message that Webroot couldn't remove the item.

I select the option to uninstall the app. Webroot sends a reply - Uninstall not successful
I have removed the SD card and powered off the device that is having this pronlem. Please let.me know if there is a fix for this problem.

Have you by any chance alreay submitted a ticket for it with Webroot support? If you are a registered user with an active license it's a free service.
