Sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Did you get a new keycode when you renewed?
If you would please uninstall/reinstall the Webroot Mobile app on your phone, you can find instructions here (Please be sure to install the "Complete" version), and re-enter your new keycode (same as one in console) at that time. Please run a scan on phone after you do.
Your phone should appear in your online console shortly thereafter.
