Tablet Doesn't Appear on Web Portal

I installed SecureAnywhere Mobile on an Android tablet.  I signed in to SecureAnywhere Mobile with my web portal email and password.  A day later it still doesn't show up on the web portal.  If I go to Register in the app, it shows "Free version - no expiration" and "Email address:" and "Current product key: None".  Do I have to activate a product key before it will show up in the web portal?

Hello mkelly4ca, welcome to the Community!
 
The free standalone mobile version does not show in the Console.  The only time it would show is if it is installed using the same key code as you would be using on your PC for WSA-Internet Security. 
 
Since the Console provides access to paid only features, the free mobile app won't show up unless activated with a paid for key code, thus activating the paid for services.
