Every few hours, my Galaxy Note8 will have an pop up for Tiktok covering my entire screen. I've removed the app from the phone, but this ad keeps popping up. How do I get rid of it? I'm sure it's tracking data of some sort.

I never had a tiktok acoo0unt, so I'm not sure why this ad is live.
This makes me think you have some kind of adware installed on your phone. I would go through all of your apps and make sure there’s nothing there that you do not recognize. If you can’t find anything, it may be wise to save your important data and do a factory reset of your phone.
