uninstalling webroot from android

i've tried to unistall webroot from my android device and it prompts me for a password which is not the password that I can change in the account setiing area of my webroot account nor the security code. Meanwhile i cannot use my phone cause everything i do prompts me for that passwd.
any idea?

Uninstalling from Android can be a little tricky if not done in the correct order. Please see the following KB Articles for detailed instructions  on how to do this.

Once you've uninstalled from device then you can remove it from your Web Console. Login and select the Mobile Security tab.
 


 
 
Then select the device you wish to remove and click the Remove Device button.
