Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete on my phone has not updated since yesterday, 4/11/14.  I'm getting an error message that the host can not be found for the Webroot Mobile update server when I try to force an update.  Is there an issue with the server.

Hello beagle1957,

I just force checked definitions a few times on my Android Tablet.. and that went OK.

Have you tried to turn the phone all the way off, and then back on?

Are you able to connect to other things on the internet with the phone, such as load web pages in the browser?

Hi beagle1957,
@ would be our best bet here answering that question about servers being down but when I had issues with my Android cell I was told to clean the caches in settings and then, uninstall,WSAC, and reboot and do a clean install of WSAC and make sure you have your code ready for the install..

Please holler if you need help further or do a support ticket,

Regards,
Sherry

@  🙂  Good advice.... that is exactly where I was going to go next.  Sounds to me like you are just as good a bet on Andriod issues as I am 🙂
