Hi Rahul, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums. :D

I think georgeh wants you to send him a private message (PM). To send him a PM, click his avatar or his name above his avatar to get to his Profile Page. The upper right side on his Profile Page is a link "Send this user a private message".

You also can send a Support Ticket like georgeh stated in the above post.

Hi jphlee8692,

George is out of the office today, so I'm going to take over for him.  I re-associated the account for you on our back end, and you should be all set now.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.  🙂
Thank you for your help. It's working now!
Hi Mike
Everything is working great now, thanks very much for the speed and helpfulness of your service.

Thanks

Hey DwaRRoW,

Thanks for sending the private message. I went ahead and associated your "MyWebroot" account to the SecureAnywhere Complete keycode you sent me. Should be smooth sailing from here and you should have no more issues with the mobile app. Let me know if that's not the case!

Thanks,
Thanks! Working great now. *thumbs up*

Glad to hear that DwaRRoW! 😃 Thanks for the "thumbs up". We're always here to help on the Community so if you have any more issues, please post away and someone will quickly hop on the thread to answer your questions!

Regards,
I purchased webroot secureanywhere complete.  I downloaded the Webroot SecureAnywhere Mobile Complete app for my android.  I have entered my email address, password and keycode associated with my laptop subscription.  I continually receive an error that says this "Your user credentials are not associated with this SecureAnywhere Complete keycode.  Make sure you've created this user on my.webrootanywhere.com and try again."  The keycode I entered IS associated with the email address and password i entered.  The keycode i entered is the exact keycode shown in my "manage keycodes" section of my online account.  Why isn't it recognizing it? PLEASE HELP!!

Hi mandalove08,

Can you please private message me the keycode you are trying to use with the account email address?  I am able to see that your account is currently associated to an expired license on our back end.  I can reassociate it for you, but I'll need to know what the new keycode is to do that for you.  You can click here to private message me.

Thank you for private messaging the keycode.  I moved the account.  You should be all set now.  🙂
Thank you very much for your help!! I was getting really frustrated. :D

Well you found the right place jbaaron! :D

I found your old SecureAnywhere Complete keycode and associated your My Webroot Account with the newest SecureAnywhere Complete subscription. Everything should be fine now.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Awesome! Works great now.

Thanks again,
I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Android phone not working but its fine on the laptop. Please help
Userlevel 7
You're credentials have been associated! 😉
Could I add my request to re-associate my Complete key with my Android device please?

I can see my new key but also the old free Android key that I think is causing the 'user credentials are not associated' issue?

Hope you can help, many thanks.
Thanks, working just fine!!!
Hi. Like many, I'm also getting the user credentials not associated error. I've got SecureAnywhere Complete on three PC's, but it won't work on my android phone.

No problem Ndiaz, I got your back! :D

I associated your "MyWebroot" account with your newer, unexpired Complete keycode so you should be all good to go now and the app should work just fine!
Thanks YegorP!
