Webroot found Mobile Tracker (com.sec.android.app.mt) on my phone and considers it to be a virus.

Webroot found Mobile Tracker (com.sec.android.app.mt) on my phone and considers it to be a virus.From previous posts, I have told it to ignore it, but it turns up every time WR scans my phone. My understanding id this is a system app? Looks like WR has known abouut it for a while, say 2014. Has this been resolved or is it a new occurence?
