Why am I being asked twice to renew subscription?

On the 2 Nov I was asked to renew webroot for another year but I had already done this on the previous Friday. Am fed up with waiting for someone from technical support to get back to me.

I have a quick question so that I can try to help you with this.  Does your renewal go directly through Webroot or does it go through Best Buy/Geek Squad?
