cannot get password manager to open in any browser

I have tried and support has tried to get password manager to open, it will not in any browser anyone got an idea what to do

Has Password Manager worked before? The reason I ask is because do you have Webroot Secure Anywhere Antivirus? Because this version does not include Password Manager. You would have to have Webroot Internet Security Plus or WSA Complete.
If this is the case then have you contacted this Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket?
 
Did you recently upgrade or renew Webroot with a new keycode? If that's the case then you would definetly have to submit a support ticket to have your passwords transferred to your new keycode.
