I purchased a new webroot disc recently. Loaded successfully on the 1st pc but it is not accepted here on the 2nd pc.
I believe you alerted me of a subscription for the prior coming to the end of its term, and I believe we paid for it, but Webroot is still saying payment due. Regardless of this (if I see the charge I will address that then), I have a NEW key code and it is not accepted on the 2nd pc.
when I try to submit this... you are asking for my register log in, which i JUST created but is not recognized!
