Hi. I have a 3 PC license for Secure Anywhere that expires in March 2013.  We just purchased a new computer today that has Windows 8.  When we tried to download one of the PC licenses of Secure Anywhere we are getting an incompatible error message and Webroot will not install.

Do we need to uninstall the MacAfee that is currently on the new computer - will this help?
Is the license that we purchased on compatible with Windows 8 and therefore will not work?
Is there an easy way for a non-computer geek to install this software?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly does this incompatibility message say?  A screenshot would be helpful if you're able to grab one.  You should not need to remove McAfee if you don't want to.  I was able to pull up your license info using your email address you registered with on Community, and it looks fine.  You might be using an old installer perhaps.  Please try using this one.
