Have a Lenovo Chromebook Duet 3
Created a Webroot Account, purchased a subscription and got a keycode.
Downloaded APP from Play Store. Can’t login via app using same login/PW I use on website.
When I launch app I get a screen with 2 options, “Create Account” and “Login”.
When I use “Login” options I’m told “Unable to Login”.
Curious to see if you can login to another Android device like a smartphone with Webroot installed?
If you can login to Webroot on another device that’s an Android, then it’s most likely an issue with the installation on the Chromebook.
If you can’t login, most likely an account issue.
Try changing your password to see if that helps, if you haven’t done already
