Has anyone out there gotten Cisco's QuickVPN utility to work on a PC running webroot? QuickVPN is Cisco's IPSec VPN client for Cisco routers. Seems Webroot is interfering with QuickVPN working. Webroot seems to allow connections to Cisco routers using the Windows built in PPTP client, but that is known to be insecure. (PPTP is considered cryptographically broken and its use is no longer recommended by Microsoft.)

Anyway, I'm not able to get QuickVPN working on the machines with Webroot, and since Webroot changed interfaces a few months back, it seems access to a lot of the controls of the earlier versions are missing.

Hi mjb - This would be better handled within our support system where our engineers would be happy to help with the QuickVPN and any potential conflicts that may need to be resolved.
