After submitting 3 tickets and having to create two separate accounts-- one for user account and another for tech support??? I’m pretty suspicious of this product and how this company is being run.
It seems my tickets are just falling into a black hole.
My Webroot program is not updating, and I’m now being held hostage by a scan that is still scanning after 77 hours. I have client deadlines that are now overdue.
I’m getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB.
