Hello Community!
I have been receiving e-mails normally until this week: when I clicked "STAR", "Windows Mail"... noticed that the most important "INBOX" folder shows the message "There are no items in this view".
However next to the word "Inbox" the counting (number of e-mails) of e-mails increases after I click the "Send/Receive".
I cannot see the e-mails under the INBOX screen ...but see all e-mails send under the "Sent Items".
How can I resolve this problem so I can see the incoming e-mails in the computer (btw I can see all e-mails in a phone but not in the computer).
I want to see the incoming e-mails in my computer...so any ideas of resolving this issue is appreciated. Thanks!
