help webroot infected
I cant turn on my web root. Ive tried everything. It usualy starts itself upon start up, my computer tells me web root is INFECTED. What do i do now?? My computer also says web root was downloaded on 5/14/14 wich is impossible it was installed already when I got my computer. So I deleted everthing else I downloaded on that date. How is this possible and what do I do? Everything else on the comp is working normal, it was real slow till i deleted the other downloads from that day. Thank You

When you say that your computer tells you Webroot is infected, can you take a screenshot of that message and post it? Also have you contacted support yet? If not, I can have them reach out to you.

Sorry to hear that you have an issue. As Nic has already pointed out without further information we will most likely be able to help and so your best bet at present would be to Open a Support Ticket and let the professionals in the Support Team take an initial look at what may be the problem that you are reporting.
If you do not have any joy with that (and just occassionally Support Tickets do go astray) then do come back and take up Nic's offer to reach out to them and progress your ticket.
Do post back to keep us posted on how you are getting on with the resolution of your issue.
