How do i register i already paid my renewal

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
 
I was able to locate your keycode, which does appear to be renewed as well as the account you created on May 9th, 2015.
 
Are you having issues logging into your account or are you attempting to download the software?
 
Since you have renewed you do not need to download again unless you are transferring to a new computer.
