Original support ticket on September 8 and still no response.
Is someone working on it?
It's getting frustrating.

Sorry to hear about this frustration. It's understandable. Did you Submitt a Support Ticket HERE.
 
Usually, Webroot Support answers within 24-48 hrs. So I am not sure what would be the holdup.
 
You could also call Support during business hours.

yes I submitted a support ticket there.
 
Following is a copy of my requests.

Error(WB102): Registration cannot be completed
Your Message (Sep 11, 2016 14:45) cannot activate accountwhen I open Webroot SecureAnywhere, it tells me account activation needed. I click on activate my account button which sends me back to the confirmation e-mail where I press the link to activate my account which continues to fail.

I've gone through this process 10 times

is there a way to uninstall everything and start completely over?

I need assistance please.
