I have a bunch of pop outs (malware) run webroot and shows system is not infected..any advice

I'd like to have support regarding this issue, I bought it last month the package for 5 computers, so far I installed on 1 and for it does not work properly and I found very hard to install it in my other computers..any advice

Yes you can! Please Submit a Support Ticket and they will check your logs and they will help you remove any PUA's or infections free with your paid subscription!
